We Panjabis have always been touchy about our vehicle
registration numbers and number plates, especially when it comes to motorbikes,
especially when it comes to our most favourite Royal Enfield. Popularly known
as Bullet. Or Bolt! Rumor has it that people of Panjab do not shy away from paying thousands (even lakhs) to get their favorite numbers!
Just sit down at any street corner in Panjab for fifteen
minutes and keep an eye on the number plates of the bikes that come and go. You
would be surprised by the creativity Panjabis show through their number plates.
